A Des Moines man says he thought a crazy person was tailgating him in a pursuit over the weekend. Little did he know, the car following belonged to the governor.

This West Des Moines police car video shows the end of a pursuit over what amounts to a driver versus trooper traffic dispute with Governor Chet Culver and his son, John, inside the unmarked SUV.

Driver Ed Allen and State Trooper Michael Clyde have different versions of what started it.
